Order fulfillment & Release

Clearance Before Delivery: No orders will be dispatched, shipped, or released for collection until funds have completely cleared.Â

Turnaround Times: Standard processing times begin on the first business day after your payment has successfully reflected.Â
cancellation & adjustments

Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because items within The Studio Collection and custom-printed orders are personalized, these cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has commenced following your payment clearance.Â
