Thank you for shopping with Willow & Wax Creative Studio. We carefully prepare and package every order to help ensure you collect your products safely.

1. ORDER readiness

For orders where the Collection option has been selected, customers will be formally notified via email or text as soon as their order is ready for pickup.
Prior Confirmation Required: To avoid disappointment, please do not arrive at Willow & Wax studio before receiving explicit confirmation that your order is completed and ready for collection.
Centurion Clients: Customers residing in or near Centurion are eligible for local collection.

2. order processing

Payment Cleared: Order processing commences only once full payment has been received and cleared.
Standard Lead Times: Because many of our products are meticulously handmade, personalised, or made to order, please allow 3-7 business days for production and preperation prior to dispatch.
Custom & Buld Orders: Larger or fully customized orders may require additional processing time. Should your order require an extended timeline, our team will contact you directly to communicate the extended timeframe.

3. custom & personalised orders

Production Timelines: Please keep in mind that bespoke, personalised, and custom-made items require a dedicated preperation period, which may extend beyond our standard lead times.
Design Finalisation: Once production on a personalised item has officially begun, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate further changed or modification.
